Our hats are built using traditional methods and machines from days gone by, when things needed to be as durable as possible.

Each stitch, iron stroke, and blast of hot steam is finessed with grand expectations of adventures awaiting you and your hat.

Good things take time.

We make your hat, just for you and we understand that a hat is as much of a tool as it is an expression of who you are.

We hand make every step of each hat, bringing a shapeless felt body into a beautiful piece of wearable western art.

Due to the handmade nature of our hats we usually have a queue of about a year for a custom hat. (Trust us, its worth the wait!) You can place a deposit online to hold your spot in the queue and visit us at least 4 months prior to planned delivery so we can measure your head and nail down final details.

This year we have started to carry ready-made hats. These hats are perfect for those who have an "average" head shape and cannot wait the year for a custom hat. We have a variety of shapes, sizes, and grades to browse.
