Return Policy:

It's our life's work to make sure we get people in hats that fit them amazingly. We strive to create a great fit. We provide an exhaustive measurement list so that you can find a hat that fits well. 

Palm Leaf Hats- We do not offer returns, at our discretion exchanges can be made if hat is in new and unused condition. If an exchange is offered, you are responsible for all shipping costs. 

Custom Hats - We will work with you to ensure that your custom hat is perfect. We guarantee fit with custom hats, that's why they exist! If there is a -rare- snafu with fit, we will make it right to the best of our abilities. We do not offer returns on custom hats, nor the deposit. 

Ready Made Hats - Within 7 days of receiving your ready made hat you need to contact us if there is a fit issue. We will work with you to either issue a return or an exchange based on our discretion when we receive the hat in new condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs to get the hat back to us. 

All other accessories and offerings not specified above are non-refundable.
